About
The Directorate-General for Industrial Development Corridors is a Congolese public administrative and technical establishment, under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry, with legal personality, created by Decree no. 20/001 of 05 March 2020.
The main missions of the DGCDI
Regulation
To create, administer, regulate, control and manage industrial development corridors in the DRC.
Studies
Carrying out pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for industrial projects in the corridors.
Monitoring
To monitor the development and management of the corridors in collaboration with the governments of the countries concerned.
Framing
Drawing up scoping studies for the establishment of new development corridors.
Mobilization
Mobilise the funding needed to make the corridors viable, in partnership with the Ministry of Finance.
Industry
Carry out any other operation directly or indirectly related to the industrial development mission.
